Sub-processor List

This page lists the third-party entities (each, a "sub-processor") that Archis Inc. DBA Ridefluencer, doing business as Ridefluencer, engages to process personal data in connection with the Service, as referenced in our Privacy Policy and Section 5 of our Data Processing Agreement. Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement, including confidentiality and appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

Notice of new sub-processors

We will provide notice before engaging a new sub-processor that will process personal data on behalf of a Business Customer, by updating this page and, where a Business Customer has subscribed to notifications or has a right to advance notice under its Data Processing Agreement, by additional notice through the mechanism specified there.

Sub-processing obligations

• Each sub-processor is engaged under a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations consistent with applicable law and our Data Processing Agreement;
• We remain liable to Business Customers for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors to the same extent we would be liable if performing the relevant processing ourselves;
• Sub-processors are subject to our vendor security review before engagement and periodically thereafter.
