Ridefluencer (ridefluencer.com) is operated by Archis Inc. DBA Ridefluencer, based in Orlando, FL. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Information you give us

Depending on how you use the Site, we collect the information you submit in that form:

Contact and home-page forms: your name (optional), email address, and any message you send.
Business campaign survey: your business name and address, your name as a contact person, your email and phone number, and your answers to the survey questions.
Driver waitlist: your name, email, phone number, and reported weekly tips.
Paid-traffic landing page: your name, email, phone, city, driving experience, rides per week, and weekly tips, plus ad-attribution data (UTM parameters).

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your fit for a campaign, contact you about the campaign, and keep a record of your submissions. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Promotional data from drivers

When drivers recommend a participating business, the recommendation is geo-logged and recorded, using the talking points you approved, so your business can verify delivery. Drivers are instructed to disclose recording and to obtain consent. We do not collect passenger contact information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics scripts load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page.

We also set a first-party visitor cookie to count unique visits and to record anonymized analytics events (for example, that a survey was started). This cookie contains no personal information.

How we send email

Email is sent through Mailgun, our email delivery provider. Mailgun processes your email address solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase), accessible only to the Ridefluencer team. We keep this data for as long as your submission or campaign relationship is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing the address below.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy
